What makes College Prep Academy different from other tutoring services?
We specialize in working with high-achieving students, particularly those enrolled in AP courses or preparing for competitive college admissions. Our Academic Coaches are highly qualified educators with proven track records in advanced coursework and test preparation. Each Academic Coach is vetted carefully to ensure each student is receiving top-tier services.
How are Academic Coaches selected?
All coaches must have successfully passed two or more AP courses with an A grade or taught multiple AP courses for a minimum of one year. SAT/ACT coaches have top-tier scores (SAT 1540+ or ACT 35+). Coaches hold a bachelor’s degree or higher from an accredited college or university.
Do you work with students virtually or in person?
We offer in-person sessions throughout the Bay Area at the comfort of your home. We also offer virtual sessions for students locally or nationwide.
How long are sessions?
Most sessions are 60 minutes, but 90-minute intensive sessions are available for test prep or executive functioning skills.
What are your rates?
We provide customized pricing based on each student’s needs. Rates are shared during a consultation to ensure a tailored plan.
